Testament - First Strike Still Deadlyre-worked versions of all the best tunes from the Legacy/New Order albums. Essential listening in advance of next week's Testament gig Black Sabbath - Black Box RemastersI've heard much about this re-mastering of the first 8 Sabbath albums from the original Rhino recordings. I've read that the re-mastering is not as professional as it could be, but I must say that I am impressed. I've mainly been playing them in the car and they sound glorious in comparison to the last lot of re-masters from Castle Communications, and of course way better than the first bunch of Castle Communications CDs... The Black Box CDs retain their sound quality when you crank up the volume, and makes driving a pleasure!

Cities - Annihilation Absolute lp I like this one a lot! Horrible cover but excellent music. Yes! Great album!! Which version do you have, the original or the remake with Twisted Sister's AJ Pero on it? I've got the original - I've never heard the one with AJ.

I've got the original - I've never heard the one with AJ. With AJ Pero. I knew that he re-recorded the drum tracks but I didn't know that it was released before with another drummer. It would be fun to compare these two drummers because I thing AJ did great job And I had so much to do at work so I googled and find out that "Annihilation Absolute" was released before as 6-track ep "with a more powerful sound"

I just got 20 new/used LPs so listening to them:
TNT - Intuition I like some hardrock but this is plain shit.
Testament - The Ritual I liked the first Testament album but none of the others. This one sounds good rockin midtempo thrash so I gotta give the other albums a chance. Electric Crown is excellent tune!

I just got 20 new/used LPs so listening to them: ! Saxon - Destiny Som good tracks but too soft Saxon for my taste Van Halen - 5150And this was more rocking thing than I expected. I think soft shit like "Is this Love" but even some guitars and double bass stuff. Alex VH is great drummer!
