I was just wondering what is the best concert any of you guys have been to? For me I was desperate to see the original Sabbath line up back together again, and I saw them in a big venue in 1997 - but it lacked something. Then in 2001 they did a 'secret' warm up show in a small venue, about 1200 people, and I was lucky enough to get a ticket. They were fuckin' awesome!! No support act, no stage set, just pure Sabbath as it was always meant to be. I don't think I'll ever top that, being about 5 metres away from the guys doing all the classics. I wanna see SM over here in the UK some time very soon!!

Some list as I remember, can't pick the best one... Twisted Sister, Aulava, Alavus ~1986- They were big at the time. Iron Maiden, Nummirock 1996- Who needed Bruce when you got Blaze? Rattus, Klubi, 2005 - HC punk at its best Spiritus Mortis, DSR II, 2004-

To see the faces of those old geezers when the crowd oversung Ozzy in War Pigs ..... that was something .... Of course to see Lemmy back in '84 in our hometown at the age of 15 was kinda mindblowing! Deep Purple in Nummirock '95 or was it '96 and again '05 was some tearful moments for me. Ian Gillan is the one, ya know!??! Yeah, SM in UK .... well, if the Gods of doom decides so we'll come Rick

I unfortunatly have only ever been to one concert and that was King Diamond. If I was to pick my dream concert it of course would be to see SM.If I had the money to fly from the US to see them I would go without a second thought. If they ever play here I will definatly be there.

Children of Bodom, Tullikamarin paskahoune (4.4.2003) Nautin joka sekunnista alusta loppuun.
ps. Sattumoisin tänäänkin on bodomi pakkahuoneella ja liput tietenkin hommattuna.

Black Label Society - gig last year in Pakkahuone had a unique athmosphere. It was great, allthough not as tight set as in the livevideo that I have seen, but the band seemed much more relaxed than in the livevideo-gig. Perhaps all the cameras made them look a bit pissed off. Maiden-gig last year was great, or so I have heard. I never again shall go to an icehall-concert, if I can't get the tickets to the "ice". Probably the heaviest headbangingfeast was the Obituary-gig last year in Nummirock. Those riffs... Actually, the SM-gig last weekend can be compared in heaviness with that gig.

I saw Metallica & Anthrax on the 'Master Of Puppets' tour - just before Cliff Burton died. Exciting times for thrash, that was a classic tour! I first saw Testament not long after 'The Legacy' came out, and they were supreme! (they were supporting Anthrax) Chuck Billy gave an amazing performance, and Alex Skolnick was on excellent form.

SM gig will always now be on my top list, up there with Sabbath secret gig & first experience of Metallica! Travelling so far to see a band, it was amazing that the performance was so fantastic, lived up to all expectations!
Tour would be nice, spread the SM doom all around the world...

The Unholy Alliance 2006, Tampere, Jäähalli
In Flames was better than supporting Judas Priest but still shit.
But SLAYER was something! Sounds were excellent, me with earplugs of course. And lights were also excellent!
